Add retrieval from le monde diplomatique

Previously, 404 pages were injected in the document when downloading
styles
Now, the downloader returns None when documents are not found

The newspapers are configured using environment variables

Mediapart

MEDIAPART_COOKIE
sets the MPRUUID cookie, used to log in

Le Monde Diplomatique

All cookies are mandatory to log in

MONDE_DIPLO_LMD_A_M
sets the lmd_a_m cookie
MONDE_DIPLO_PHPSESSID
sets the PHPSESSID cookie
MONDE_DIPLO_SPIP_SESSION
sets the spip_session cookie
