Link for references that should point to the bottom of the page are

Maybe it require the possiblitiy to add an external modifier for html, and thus depend on #39.

Steps to reproduce

  1. download https://www.monde-diplomatique.fr/2021/06/DESCAMPS/63179
  2. click on a reference link
  3. it goes on the website

Expected behavior

Clicking on the link should move to the bottom, to the reference section.
