Description
When using self_contained_html, some styles are not downoaded

Steps to reproduce

  1. download https://www.monde-diplomatique.fr/2021/05/MALET/63059
  2. search for <link rel, some still point to external ressources

Expected behavior
All styleshets should be downloaded.
